Hello,
I am new here. I want to build a Pro Jr type amp from scratch. I have all the same issues with production amps as others have mentioned here. All I need is the chassis and components. I will either purchase or build my own cabinet. Are these kits available? If so, how much and how do I order?

Welcome to the forum!

The Pro Jr. has bias you will need to set; do you know how to do that? If done wrong you can fry the power tubes. But to keep it simple and avoid that you could instead cathode bias it, and not worry about bias settings.

You can get the pro jr board from me just order this one and I will custom build it for you. I should have a chassis also, I will check on that.

Thanks!
I am new to building amps. I have a lot to learn but I don't consider it a problem. I do need to find good sources of building info. I am sure there is safety and "tricks" to learn in how to keep an amp quiet, grounding schemes, etc. But, I tend to think I would prefer to have an adjustable bias but I am not sure. After all I have learned, I still haven't found info on the adjustable bias and cathode biasing. Can you help?
Is the chassis you have an original PJ chassis? I don't have a PJ to modify. I would prefer all new and hopefully with a standby switch. I don't know my way around your web site and I can't find the products on the PJ. Please tell me the prices.

My Pro Jr. was a project done for a guy in Sweden, as a new build. See here in the bellow link you will find adjustable bias tips note that a stock PJ has fixed bias, this is adjustable. Take some time to read through it all. Do a Google search on "bias tube diy guitar amps" or "cathode bias tube amps" and you should find a lot of info.

See chassis here:

I can supply the board and chassis but all other parts you would buy here:
